Zestar

Ripe: LATE AUGUST


 Zestar apples are crisp and juicy with a bright, sweet-tart flavor that wakes up your taste buds. They’re known for their refreshing bite and aromatic, almost citrusy finish, making them a great early-season favorite.

Sweet Maia

 Ripe: LATE AUGUST


A beautiful and consistent dark red apple, Sweet Maia is crisp and very juicy with a clean, bright sweetness and just a hint of tartness. It delivers excellent crunch and fresh flavor straight off the tree.

Gala

 Ripe: LATE AUGUST


 Gala apples are mildly sweet with a smooth, tender crunch and notes of honey and vanilla. Their balanced flavor and dependable texture make them a crowd-pleasing, everyday apple. Inconsistent red-yellow color.

Summerset

  Ripe: LATE AUGUST


Generally a very large apple, Summerset apples are sweet with mild acidity and a juicy, pleasant crunch. Their approachable flavor makes them great for fresh eating and family favorites. This apple takes qualities from its parents - the Fuji and Honeycrisp apples, and turn them into a unique and highly compatible flavor profile.

Crimson Crisp

A classic cross between a McIntosh and Red Delicious apple, Empire apples have a firm texture with a balanced sweet-tart flavor.
